(if appropriate)
I will guide you through an assessment based on your comfort level, which may include posture, movement, breathing, abdominal assessment, and real-time ultrasound.
Step 1
We talk first
We start with a calm and detailed conversation about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and any concerns you may have.
Step 2
Clear plan and next steps
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms, along with a personalised treatment plan and next steps.
Step 3
Internal assessment
(only if needed)
If relevant, an internal pelvic floor assessment may be offered, but only with your full consent, clear explanation, and at your comfort level.
Step 4
Meet Your
Physiotherapist
Hi, I’m Ndapile, a physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience, with a special focus in pelvic health and women’s wellbeing.
I work with women through all life stages, helping with concerns such as pelvic pain, bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse, and return to exercise.
My approach is calm, thorough and collaborative, taking the time to listen, understand, explain what’s happening in your body in a way that makes sense, and guide you through a plan that feels realistic and supportive.
Often, pelvic health concerns can feel personal and sometimes overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in your care.
Conditions I Treat
I support women through a range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal concerns, including:
Bladder concerns (leakage, urgency, frequency)
Bowel dysfunction and constipation
Pelvic pain
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pregnancy-related aches and pains
Postnatal recovery (core, pelvic floor, return to exercise)
Abdominal Muscle Separation (DRAM)
Pain with intercourse
Menopause-related changes
Lower back, hip and pelvic girdle pain
If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy can help, you’re always welcome to reach out. You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking.
How I Work
My belief is that great physiotherapy starts with listening.
Because every body is different I take the time to understand your story, your symptoms, and what matters most to you. I work alongside you with empathy, clinical expertise, and evidence-based care.
You can expect to feel supported and guided through your care, with practical strategies and personalised rehabilitation that fit into real life.
Treatment may include hands-on therapy, life style changes, exercise-based rehabilitation, real-time ultrasound, dry needling, and Clinical Pilates, strength training guidance, always guided by your goals and what feels appropriate for your body.
I aim to make physiotherapy feel less clinical and more personal, so you leave feeling confident with practical strategies that fit into real life, and not just exercises on a printout.
