No - you can book directly. A GP referral is only needed if you are claiming under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan or through DVA - both are accepted.

Comfortable clothing you can move in. If we are assessing movement or exercise, activewear is ideal.

Yes - appointments can go ahead at any time in your cycle. If you would prefer to postpone an internal assessment, we simply adjust the plan.

Yes - babies are very welcome. Older children can be harder to accommodate during a consultation, so if you need to bring them, get in touch first and we'll find a time that works.

It depends on your symptoms and goals. After your first appointment you will have a clear plan, including how many sessions I expect you to need and how we will measure progress.

Yes - physiotherapy is claimable with most extras cover, and you can claim on the spot with HICAPS.
