Your body works hard through pregnancy, birth and recovery. Physiotherapy can make this season more comfortable - and help you return to the activities you love with confidence.

During pregnancy

  • Pelvic girdle pain, lower back and hip pain
  • Bladder leakage or urgency
  • Safe exercise guidance through each trimester
  • Birth preparation - pelvic floor relaxation, perineal massage education, positions and pushing strategies

After birth

  • Postnatal pelvic floor check (recommended from 6 weeks postpartum, for any birth type)
  • Abdominal muscle separation (DRAM) assessment and rehabilitation
  • Recovery after perineal tears or caesarean birth
  • Graduated return to exercise and running

A 15-minute telehealth postnatal check-in is also available if you are unsure where to start.

Babies are very welcome at appointments.
